As the subproject leader and members of Tian Zhou-1 (TZ-1) Spacecraft - life science project, Prof. Ge Zhang and other CCIR members Dr. Liang Chao and Ms. Wang Luyao attended the matching experiment in Shang Hai on December 10-13, 2016. In the spatial microgravity environment of aerospace, the CKIP-1 gene silencing-mediated changes in osteoblast Prof. ile of differentiation and mineralization will be studied by Prof. Ge Zhang’s research group. Up till now, the bone loss caused by the microgravity of aerospace is a large obstacle for cosmonauts to staying in aerospace chronically. Hence, studying whether CKIP-1 gene silencing could facilitate the differentiation and mineralization of osteoblast in the microgravity environment of aerospace is significantly meaningful to explore new drug curing microgravity-caused bone loss.
